Shipping policy

All orders for Australia Post shipping will be shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on or after Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Transit time for each state will vary. It usually takes 2-3 business days via EXPRESS post. WA may take 3-4 business days as we are in Melbourne VIC.

VIC express shipping usually arrives the next business day. For the freshest cookie experience, we recommend Express Post—our loaded cookies are baked fresh and best devoured within a week.
