Refund policy

At Mona's Treats, we take pride in baking high quality cookies with care and attention to detail. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or any exchanges. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

If your order has not been collected from the post office after attempts of delivering to your premises, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. To process this, we require:

- Your order number 

- Clear photo of the issue

- Detailed description of the issue
