Hi, I’m Mona the home baker/cookie creator behind all this deliciousness! Baking has always been my little happy place. During COVID, I started baking a new dessert every week, something sweet to keep things feeling a little more normal (and a lot tastier).
One week, I tried a loaded cookie recipe I found on YouTube. My dad took one bite and said, “You need to start selling these.” And just like that, the idea stuck.
But I didn’t want to just sell any cookies. I wanted mine to be different—decadent, rich, and unforgettable. So, I started experimenting. No rules, just winged every flavour and got it right most times on the first go. That led to the creation of 18 original flavours, each with its own signature dough.
Right now, I offer 10 of my favourite flavours. If you're wondering why I don’t drop new flavours all the time, it’s because every cookie must wow me before it ever reaches you. If it doesn’t blow me away, it won’t make the menu.
